Thank you for choosing Neta Tires and Wheels. We are committed to providing quality tyres and reliable service. Please review our return policy below, which applies to all tyre sales within Western Australia.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return tyres within the following timeframes and conditions:
- Within 30 days of purchase:
- Returns are accepted at no charge if collected by our own trucks.
- If Neta Tires & Wheels covered the cost of third-party freight, the customer is responsible for return freight.
- No restocking fee applies.
- Between 31 and 60 days of purchase:
- Returns are accepted with a 10% restocking fee.
- Freight costs for returning the tyres are the customer’s responsibility.
- After 60 days of purchase:
- No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
- Special order tyres (OB Stock):
- Not returnable. No exceptions.
2. Condition of Returned Tyres
To be eligible for return, all tyres must:
- Be brand new and unused
- Show no mounting, lubricant, or wear marks
- Have factory labels and stickers intact
- Be accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase
Tyres not meeting these standards will be rejected and returned at the customer’s cost.
3. Refunds and Credits
- Refunds are not offered.
- Approved returns will receive a credit note for the value of the returned tyres (less any applicable restocking fee).
- Credits can be used toward future purchases or applied to the customer’s account balance.
4. Return Shipping and Collection
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return freight unless otherwise agreed.
- Alternatively, NETA Tires & Wheels can arrange pickup for a fee, depending on distance and quantity.
- Please contact our team prior to any return or pickup to confirm eligibility and receive instructions.
5. Defective or Damaged Tyres
If tyres are received defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- The invoice number
- Photos or evidence of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
Upon review and approval, NETA Tires & Wheels will offer a replacement or credit.
Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or fitting is not covered.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or pickup, contact your local Neta branch.
Please include your invoice number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
